Your lease has been accepted and fully executed by the Property Manager. Attached is a copy of your lease, amount due at move in, move in handbook, and resident handbook. Please read the handbook thoroughly as it contains information necessary for a smooth transition into the building and into your new home. It is important to note packages that arrive prior to your lease start date would be considered undeliverable and will be returned to sender. Please coordinate the timing of your packages to occur after your arrival.
To release keys day of move-in, please send along the following required documents:
- Your new ComEd account number
- A copy of Page 1 of your Renter’s Insurance Policy
- Receipt of your first month’s rent payment
ON MOVE-IN DAY: Please visit us in the Management Office for a brief 15-minute orientation and to pick-up keys to your new home!
Rent is due and pro-rated as of the “start date” reflected on your lease. Please find your move in prorated rent & any applicable pet fees, parking fees, storage fees. This is in the attachment above.
Also, as a reminder, your regular monthly rent, utility fees, and any other fee is due on the first of each month, starting the first full month of your residency.
The Gallery accepts ACH payments, debit cards and credit cards (paid via the Resident Portal) for your first months’ rent payment. We do not accept cash. Please contact the Management Office immediately if you have any questions or concerns regarding the items needed on your move-in day. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are closed every Sunday.
